Menu and Marketing

Menu and Marketing

What you have on your menu is as important in the way we present it. When your menu is confused so is the identity of your café or restaurant. Simplify your product, make honest and simple food that your customers will love and often comeback for. Don’t let your Chefs' ego work overtime and take control. Set your own rules.

Like the menu, your decor needs to be updated with time. Simple doesn’t need to be cheap, but we tend to forget that. This is the first impression and in some cases the reason a customer comes in the door the first time to see what you have to offer, if they don’t like what they see, they won’t come in.

Don’t forget to ask yourself, who are my clients and what can I do to captivate my clientele. If people are passing by, but not coming in, what can I do about it? What programs are suitable for my business? Do I need a mailing list and what are the benefits of having one?

I have seen the rapidly changing climate in the Hospitality Industry first hand; social media, delivery platforms and blogs are all part of the industry these days, you must be seen and you must be found by the tech generation to survive.
